When ordering or requesting a quote, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you fill out a form or enter information on our site.
How do we protect visitor information?
We always make sure to protect our customer’s information and we do not send promotional, marketing, newsletters emails and we reach out to our customers only when it’s required or for a scheduled call.
Return and Refund Policy
Since we don’t stock boxes and produce them as per customer’s request and specifications. Due to custom nature of printing and packaging and other services we provide, you need to inform www.tailormadeboxes.com within 2 business days of receiving your order, if you find the delivered products defective or not accordingly your specifications. We cannot issue a refund yet we can reprint your original order on company’s charge if there is some problem at our end else customer will held completely responsible.
Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations
Mainly payment for orders will be made in U.S. Dollars unless you belong to Canada, UK or Australia. Due to custom nature of printing products and other services we provide, we will not start working on your orders for printing jobs or other services until a full payment is paid by the credit card or paid by the user of our website with an approved payment method.
As a part of order placement we require the users and customers of our website to approve proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products or other services they order. Following the approval of proof by the customers the printing jobs are sent to press. Once a print job has been approved by customer and sent to press or via our website, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job specifications, or printing turnaround time. You have a limited time of 4-hours after approval of the proof to cancel your order. Such cancellation will carry a charge of $25 and 6%of total order amount whichever is greater before the order is cancelled. You may also cancel orders beyond 24-hours’ time limit. Such cancellation will carry a charge of 50% of the total order amount to cover work done in our prepress department and financial costs associated with cancellation. We don’t guarantee that your order will be cancelled beyond 24-hours’ time limit.
No Liability for Errors
Tailor Made Boxes is not responsible for any errors in the final product that were due to any of the following:
- Font, grammar and spelling mistakes
- Over Printing Errors
- Die lines, Erroneous fonts, cropping marks, Cracks in folds
- Percolating Marks, Graphics Punctuation
- Difference in finished size of the product
Artworks Design Files
We only accept art files in EPS, AI or Editable formats in order to provide and deliver quality printing result. If your files are not 300dpi our representatives will inform you prior printing but there might be chances of blurred, distorted or pixelated results.
Digital Proofing
We do provide FREE Digital Proofing using your artwork and information provided, mentioning colors used and dimensions of the requested custom box. Before we submit the job to production we contact our customers for final proofing over Final Specification Sheet and Final Digital Artwork in order to avoid any mistakes/errors and over client’s approval we submit the request to our production end.
After submitting the job to production, if customer requests for a change in design/size/color they will have to pay additional cost as it will be considered as a new project and order.
Quantity – Overruns/Under-runs
We make sure to dispatch at least 5-10 extra boxes apart from actual ordered quantity.
Changes in Terms and Conditions and our Website
It is our right to change and alter any part of our website along with the terms and conditions whenever we want without prior notice. The changes made to any section of our website including the terms and conditions will be effective immediately. Your continuous utilization of our site after the changes will mean that you are in agreement to whatever changes.
